It took the advent of certified grading to establish how elusive the top Uncirculated pieces are. This specimen offers brilliant, untoned surfaces with good cartwheel luster. A few light reeding marks and abrasions determine the grade, but the eye appeal is considerable, and there are no singular distractions.
