<B>1886-O S$1 MS63 PCGS.</B></I> A conditionally rare issue in Mint State, the 1886-O usually suffers from poor luster and strike quality. On the present piece, the luster is far above average, with some cartwheel effect, if not in the same class as the most outstanding S-mint issues.
