NGC and PCGS combined have certified just five pieces above the MS64 level, despite a mintage above 10 million pieces. This well struck and lustrous example has a gorgeous reverse, and the obverse field is also clean. Light grazes on the cheek, particularly near the ear, decline the coveted higher grade.
