The obverse displays a left-facing portrait of Lady Liberty wearing a Phrygian cap adorned with cotton and wheat, symbols of agricultural strength. Surrounding her are the inscriptions E PLURIBUS UNUM and the date 1886, encircled by thirteen stars. The reverse depicts a heraldic eagle with outstretched wings clutching arrows and an olive branch, encircled by a laurel wreath with the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN GOD WE TRUST, and ONE DOLLAR. Metal Content: Composed of 90% silver and 10% copper, containing 0.7734 troy ounces of pure silver.
