<B>1886 $3 MS61 NGC.</B></I> Although the mintage of this issue from near the series' end was small, like many low mintage issues of the 1870s and 1880s, considerable numbers were set aside. The surfaces boast a moderate cameo effect, although insufficiently so for a designation, and lovely sunset-orange hues are evident. A well struck piece, this attractive example has a few light pinscratches and field ticks on the reverse that define the grade.
