<B>1886 25C PR63 NGC.</B></I> Remarkably bright and flashy, the obverse fields are undiminished in intensity even when covered with a moderate layer of golden-rose toning. The reverse is several shades deeper in hue and the mirrors are not quite as flashy as a result.
