<B>1886 1C Type Two MS65 Red and Brown PCGS.</B></I> The last feather points between the C and A of AMERICA on this variety. Few high grade examples are known, for as Richard Snow (2006) writes: It was only after 1954 that collectors started to collect these coins as separate entities. As a result, nearly the entire mintage went into circulation and stayed there until they were well worn." This Red and Brown Gem is sharply struck, including boldness on all four diamonds, and the surfaces are mostly red with just a bit of mellowing. There are no significant marks or spots to report.
