AGE REQUIREMENT. You must be at least 18 years old to place a bid.
TERMS OF SALE. Payment for purchases must be made by cash, cashier's check, bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD). Nevada sales are subject to applicable state sales tax laws.
PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE ON THE DATE OF SALE. If unexpected large purchases are made and you are
unable to pay your bill in full, a deposit of 20% or $500.00 (whichever is less) will be required to hold
your purchases for 2 days, by which time the balance should be paid in full. Items not fully paid for by
the close of the 2nd day (5:00pm) will be considered abandoned and deposits forfeit. Exceptions require
approval from the auction office.
ANY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS THAT ARE CHARGED BACK will automatically preclude the purchaser from
any future auctions.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns or exchanges, warranties, or guarantees. All items are sold
as is, where is, with all the faults, imperfections, omissions and errors in the written description and
photography. Neither Las Vegas Auction nor the auctioneer is responsible for any errors or omissions in
the description or photography provided. Verifying the condition and description of an item is the sole
responsibility of the bidder prior to placing any bids.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Buyers are required to make a $100 refundable deposit before bidding.
Deposits are made at the entrance to the auction. Deposits are per-auction. Deposits will be placed
toward the buyers purchases. If no purchase is made, the deposit will be refunded.
RECIEPT. Buyers will be furnished a receipt at the completion of the auction. This receipt must be
authenticated by the check-out person before the Buyer will be permitted to present it to a Las Vegas
Auction agent for collection. For security and safety reasons, buyers must not attempt to collect their
purchase lots during or after the auction. Once purchased lots are collected by auction agents they will
be presented to the Buyer for verification at the designated pickup areas. It is the responsibility of the
Buyer to make sure that all lots are accounted for. Load-out on each section of the auction can occur as
that portion of the auction completes, unless that load-out will interfere with the remaining auction.
REMOVAL DATE. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of Buyer at the time of purchase and
buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. Merchandise may only remain on the sale
premises for the announced period of time following the sale (usually 1-2 days). Purchased items not
claimed by the end of the announced period of time will be placed into onsite storage pods. Lots placed
in pods will be charged $5 per day per lot storage until 7 days following the auction. If purchased lots
are not claimed at the end of 7 days, they will be considered abandoned and payment for the lots will be
forfeit. Consigners must claim unsold items within 3 days after the auction. Unclaimed unsold consigner
lots will be considered abandoned.
ABANDONED LOTS. Abandoned lots become property of Las Vegas Auction and will be donated,
disposed of, or sold at the discretion of the auction house. Las Vegas Auction receives all profits from
abandoned lot sales.
DISPUTES BETWEEN BIDDERS or WITH AUCTIONEER. The Auctioneer will designate the purchaser of the
each item at the bid close. His designation is final. The Auctioneer reserves the right to rebid, and can
do so for any reason.
INJURY AND DAMAGE. Bidder acknowledges personal responsibility for any personal injury or property
damage caused by bidder or agent and agrees to hold Las Vegas Auction or the Auctioneer harmless for
any personal injury to bidder or agent, or damage to said property.
CHILDREN. Must be attended at all times. Any property damage resulting from a child under the
Bidder's care will be accountable to the Bidder. Repeat negligence of children will preclude the Bidder from future auctions.
