<B>1885 G$1 MS64 Prooflike NGC.</B></I> According to Garrett and Guth, this issue normally trades at only a small premium above type. They were probably not thinking of Prooflike examples, however, when making that observation. This example displays sensational reflectivity in the fields. The design elements are well struck and post-striking surface blemishes are nearly nonexistent, although some wispy roller marks (as struck) are noted on each side of the piece.
