<B>1885 Dated Statue of Liberty Souvenir.</B></I> This nicely made two-part metal souvenir celebrates the coming dedication of the statue. On the base is the legend "Liberty Enlightening the World" in large lettering. Below is "Pat. Feb. 18, 1879. July 16, 1879". Made and marketed to encourage individuals to donate money to finish this project the piece stands a mear 7" tall but is a complete replica of the one that now stands in New York harbor.
