<B>1884 S$1 MS67 NGC.</B></I> The 1884, with its enormous mintage exceeding 14 million pieces, is one of those underrated and essentially forgotten Morgan dollar dates in MS67 grade--but one that is nonetheless extremely elusive. The present example boasts superlative cartwheel luster that careens over the sharply struck surfaces. This coin is largely untoned, save for a whisper of gold at the utmost margins on each side.
