COMPLETE AGREEMENT AND BINDING AGREEMENT The Terms and Conditions (which for all purposes include the Conditions of Sale) contain all of the provisions applicable to the agreement between HJA, on the one hand, and each bidder and Buyer, on the other, with respect to the subject matter of the Terms and Conditions.
