<B>1884 $3 MS65 NGC.</B></I> The 1884 has always been a favorite coin of collectors as it has a mintage of only 1,000 pieces. Probably 55 to 75 pieces exist today in the various grades of Uncirculated, but just a handful of those are in Gem condition. In fact, NGC has only graded three others in MS65 and PCGS has certified five, with five in higher grades. This is a splendid MS65 example that has semi-reflective fields mixed in with mint frost.
