The luster is extraordinary for this issue that is frequently seen with lackluster surfaces, and the strike is better than usual, despite the presence of some light roller marks in the hair above Liberty's ear. Superlative cartwheels abound over the untoned, silvery surfaces. A spot of russet toning is noted on the reverse rim at 2:30.
