1883-CC Morgan Silver Dollar, a highly coveted numismatic treasure struck at the Carson City Mint and preserved as part of the historic GSA Hoard. Graded MS63 PL (Prooflike) by NGC, this example boasts exceptional reflectivity and sharp detail, attesting to its premium strike quality. Encased in its original General Services Administration (GSA) plastic holder emblazoned with the "Carson City" designation, the coin is further accompanied by its government-issued black display box and serialized certificate of authenticity (No. 84270649), dated 1972. The obverse features Liberty's classic profile surrounded by stars and the date "1883," while the reverse displays a boldly rendered eagle with wings outspread, grasping arrows and olive branches, above the distinctive "CC" mintmark. Housed in a graded slab for further preservation and authentication. Slab measures: 3.25"L x 0.25"W x 4.25"H. Coin diameter: 35.02 mm. This item has its original box.
