<B>1883-CC $1 MS66 PCGS.</B></I> Luxuriant mint frost gives this Carson City dollar a nearly matchless degree of visual appeal. The blazing surfaces are entirely untoned and silver-white on the obverse, while a faint touch of red-gold color enhances the reverse border.
