<B>1883<5C> PR66 PCGS.</B></I> An essentially untoned silver-gray piece with a hint of olive and ice-blue patina on the reverse, and some streaks of deep gray on the obverse rim near 12 o'clock. Crisply struck, with good venation in the leaves and delineation of all the shield stripes and lines. PCGS has graded 20 examples finer (9/06).
