<B>1883 3CN PR67 PCGS.</B></I> Whispers of gold-tan color around the margins frame a thin coating of nearly imperceptible ice-blue in the central areas. An excellent strike prevails on both sides, and both are well preserved. A couple of tiny flecks on the lower obverse are mentioned for accuracy. This piece displays nice motif-field contrast when the coin is tilted beneath a light source.
