<B>1883 25C PR64 PCGS.</B></I> Briggs-1. Tops of an extra 83 show in the dentils below the two 8s in the date. This is a visually captivating example that is well struck and carefully preserved, with lovely lime-green and gold toning on the obverse, and nearly as attractive steel-green and gold color on the reverse.
