<B>1883 25C Hawaii Quarter MS65 NGC.</B></I> Smooth partially prooflike fields offer a degree of contrast with the well impressed motifs. The obverse is nearly untoned, save for traces of light tan-gold color at the peripheries, while the reverse displays whispers of faint tan-gray, especially in the center.
