<B>1883 1C MS66 Red PCGS.</B></I> Eagle Eye Photo Seal. Lovely golden-red and lilac surfaces display modest reflective qualities, a hallmark of proofs from this year, and are totally void of carbon or other distractions. The comparatively high proof mintage from this year (6,609 pieces) does correlate into greater availability, but precious few specimen survive this nice.
