1882 Morgan Silver Dollar minted at the Carson City Mint, presented in its original General Services Administration (GSA) encapsulated display case with accompanying black outer box and certificate of authenticity. The obverse features a left-facing profile of Lady Liberty, adorned with a Phrygian cap inscribed with the word LIBERTY, and decorated with two cotton blossoms and two wheat heads. Surrounding the profile are the words E PLURIBUS UNUM and thirteen stars, with the date 1882 at the bottom. The reverse depicts a heraldic eagle with outstretched wings clutching arrows and an olive branch, encircled by a laurel wreath. Above the eagle is the motto IN GOD WE TRUST. The coin is marked ONE DOLLAR and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, with the mint mark CC located below the wreath, indicating its origin from the Carson City Mint. Composed of 90% silver and 10% copper, this coin is uncirculated and retains sharp detail and luster.
