1882 $2 1/2 MS64 PCGS. Every quarter eagle produced during the 1880s is a low-mintage issue, with just 4,000 coins minted in 1882. These coins did not actually circulate widely, thus they are available in Mint State grades, although seldom at the Choice or Gem grade levels. This piece is fully detailed with mirrored surfaces and lustrous devices. Rich yellow-gold color is accented by pale rose toning on the devices. Population: 13 in 64, 9 finer (1/07).

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
