<B>1881-S S$1 MS68 <img border='0' src='http://www.heritagecoins.com/images/star.gif' width=10 height=10> NGC.</B></I> The spectacular bands of rainbow obverse toning garner the Star rating for this piece, with waves of ice-blue, cerise, violet, and canary-yellow cascading across, ending in a swath of silver brilliance. The surfaces are as clean as they are colorful, as perusal with a loupe reveals a total lack of visible impairments. The reverse is brilliant with a ring of honey-gold, and both sides are sharply struck. A wonder coin for the color enthusiasts.
