1881-CC S$1 MS67 PCGS. Skimpy bullion deposits in Carson City in 1881 reduced the total mintage of silver dollars to only 296,000 pieces. This example boasts radiant cartwheel luster emanating from the silvery surfaces, with considerable contrast and enormous appeal. The thick mint frost on Liberty accentuates a couple of minor grazes in the luster there, but that is the only mentionable distraction on this thoroughly marvelous piece. PCGS has certified three coins finer (4/07).

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
