<B>1881-CC S$1 MS65 Prooflike NGC.</B></I> VAM-2. The die fill within the upper loop of the second 8 in the date is reminiscent of the "8 Over Low 7" 1880-CC variety. A thin die scratch extends from the olive branch to the leaves just above the arrow feathers. Well struck and brilliant, with intense mint frost flashing from both sides, and remarkable prooflikeness noted in the fields. The bright, snow-white devices are richly frosted. Surface marks are minimal.
