<B>1881 1C Liberty Head One Cent, Judd-1666, Pollock-1866, High R.6, PR65 Red NGC.</B></I> Charles Barber's Liberty nickel portrait dominates the obverse, which features UNITED STATES OF AMERICA instead of stars. The wreath from the Liberty nickel provides the reverse motif. The denomination is expressed by a large Roman numeral. Struck in copper with a plain edge. A well struck and unabraded fire-red Gem, perfect except for a few pinpoint toning flecks.
