<B>1881 10C PR66 PCGS.</B></I> Ex: Eliasberg. Pastel rose-gold centers cede to iridescent blue on each side, with the reverse adding an area of blue-gray. Another low-mintage proof issue--in this case 975 pieces-- from the 1880s that must serve double duty because of the low business strike emission. A fairly well-struck piece as well, but showing a couple of small contact marks in the left obverse field under a lens.
