You are bidding on a flow blue, English made plate from the 1880's. New Wharf Pottery was organized by Thomas "T.F." Wood of Stoke-on-Trent in the late 1870's. This plate is backstamped with the New Wharf Pottery Company mark used from 1878-1894. This is the "Waldorf" pattern. The plate is 9 3/4 inches in diameter and bears a lovely flow blue design. There is a small chip on the front and two chips on the back. Nonetheless the plate will look great displayed in your flow blue collection. See the photographs for more details. Thanks for bidding.
