<B>1880 T$1 PR65 NGC. CAC.</B></I> The surfaces appear to merit a Cameo designation, even though it is absent from the encapsulation. Much silver-on-black contrast is present, however, with barely a hint of discernible gold color. The fields are well mirrored, and thick mint frost drapes the devices.
