<B>1880 50C MS66 NGC.</B></I> Type Two Reverse. A silver-white Premium Gem with no discernible toning and thick mint frost over both sides. Several of the stars show extra outlines, a phenomenon more common on the proofs of this era. The tiny mintages of 1879 through 1890 are directly attributable to the enormous Morgan dollar emissions imposed by the Bland-Allison Act.
