<B>1880 3CN PR67 PCGS.</B></I> Ineffable sage, gold, and pastel blue hues grace each side of this phenomenally beautiful and original Superb Gem proof. Die lapping is responsible for removing part of the lower wreath, below the bowknot. Breen reports that Virgil Brand once owned many proofs and several dozen Mint State business strikes of this date.
