For your consideration are five Morgan Silver Dollar coins minted in New Orleans circa 1880-1884. The coins have all been minted in New Orleans and feature two from 1880, one from 1881, one from 1882 and one from 1884. The coins show Anna Willess Williams face on one side with "E Pluribus Unum" sitting over the top of her head. On the head band she is wearing it reads, "Liberty". Below her head it shows the date it was minted in New Orleans. The opposite side of the coins show the eagle with arrows in its claws, the olive branch surrounding the eagle, and reads, "United States Of America / One Dollar / In God We Trust". Below the eagle it shows a small letter "O" indicating it was minted in New Orleans. The two coins from 1880 show good condition overall with one showing less luster than the other. There is very light gold toning on one area of the coin with less luster. The 1881 coin shows good condition and features a bright, white luster. The coin from 1882 shows good condition and features a bright white luster and slight gold toning to the wings of the eagle and bottom of the lady's neck. The final coin from 1884 shows good condition as well with a bright white luster on the face side and a slight gold toning to the eagle side. The coins measure 1 15/32" in diameter and 3/32" in height. The collective weight of the five coins is 132.8 grams.
