The obverse fields are obviously prooflike (maybe deeply so), but the reverse fields don't have quite the reflectivity needed to garner a Prooflike designation. Nevertheless, the devices are heavily frosted and the obverse especially shows strong cameo contrast. Fully struck, the coin is also fully brilliant with no obvious post-striking impairments.
