1879-CC$1> MS64 PCGS. This Clear CC near-Gem is gently toned in tan and ice-blue tints. Blazing luster illuminates the sharply struck surfaces. The reverse is gorgeously free from contact, as is the right obverse, while the cheek and left obverse field display only light grazes. The 1879-CC is the scarcest Carson City Morgan dollar struck prior to the 1889 re-opening of the Western facility.
