<B>1879-CC $1 MS63 PCGS.</B></I> The 1879-CC is a semi-key in the Morgan series with only 756,000 pieces struck, hundreds of thousands of which were probably melted under the 1918 Pittman Act (David Bowers, 2006). This Select example displays splashes of golden-tan and ocean-green color at the borders, and is well defined, except for softness in the hair at the ear.
