Outlines in great details the terms and conditions by which certain assets are to be distributed during the lives of Brabazon & Richards and afterwards. John Arthur Henry Moore assumed the additional name of Brabazon by License in 1866. He was the father of John Cuthbert Brabazon Moore, an aviation pioneer and Conservative politician, who in turn was a descendant of the 7th Earl of Meath. The title Baron Brabazon of Tara was created for John Cuthbert Moore Brabazon in 1942. Members of the Brabazon family have been Earls of Meath since 1580, when William Brabazon became the first Earl of Meath. Today, John Anthony Brabazon is the 15th Earl of Meath. His heir apparent is his only son Anthony Jacques Brabazon (who has the title Lord Ardee), who was born in 1977. Enclosed with the document is a letter dated May 1931 signed by C. Moore Brabazon, with an address at Tara Hall, Navan, County Meath
