<B>1878-S T$1 MS64 <img src="/images/star.gif" width="10" height="10" alt="" border="0"> NGC.</B></I> This well struck and impressively unabraded Trade dollar appears to be a proof at first glance. When the coin is flipped over, however, the San Francisco mintmark is present, and the reverse finish is satiny. Prooflike Trade dollars are very rare, and although the reverse falls shy of Prooflike status, the obverse certainly qualifies. Brilliant save for golden-brown and aquamarine toning along the upper reverse border.
