<B>1878 20C PR63 PCGS.</B></I> From a low mintage of just 600 pieces, this specimen is well produced and nicely preserved. There is a pleasing, mild cameo effect on each side. The fields display good reflectivity, and show just a few minute hairlines that limit the grade of the coin.
