<B>1877 1C PR65 Red PCGS.</B></I> The rarity and desirability of the 1877 business strike issue makes the current Gem proof specimen much more challenging than it otherwise would be, in comparison to other proof Indian cents of the 1870s and 1880s. This example is sharply struck throughout, with reflective fields and essentially pristine surfaces. Golden-tan and sea-green toning adorns the obverse, while a mixture of red-orange and lime-green coloration is distributed across the reverse.
