1876 Three Cent Nickel Piece Choice Key Date Centennial US Coin - Love Token - Initials "D.L."
- Low Mintage 162,000
- A Love Token is a coin that's been rubbed smooth and hand engraved with initials, names or sayings. These coins were given as gifts until the early twentieth century and were symbols of promise or remembrance. During the late seventeenth century people also began to engrave their lucky coins. These coins were appropriately referred to as engraved coins and many of them had simple linear designs. In addition to marking lucky coins, people also began to engrave coins to mark births, deaths, unions and marriages.
- The U.S. Centennial Exposition opened in May in the same city these historic coins were struck - Philadelphia. Many new inventions and modern miracles were on display, including the torch and hand from the Statue of Liberty that was started the year before in France. Recall this momentous occasion with a centennial-year nickel 3¢ piece.

Pickup is available for local buyers only and must be scheduled within 5 business days of purchase. If the label is not provided to us in a timely manner, we will ship using our shipping prices and the amount will be charged to the card on file. All items will be shipped at customers expense and is non-negotiable. We ship using the most competitive UPS/USPS rates to keep all shipping affordable. Shipping will be determined after final bids are made and purchases are being finalized. It will then be charged to card on file. Buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carrier in the event of damage or loss. Order cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. All items to be shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

Firearm Purchases:
LOCAL PICK UP AVAILABLE and ALL OUT OF STATE PURCHASES MUST BE SHIPPED TO A LICENSED FFL DEALER IN YOUR STATE. All firearm sales are subject to background checks, a $20 fee for the transfer, & $10 for each additional gun. This will be the buyers responsibility! Firearms are in used condition and should be inspected thoroughly before use. WE DO NOT TEST OR FIRE ANY FIREARMS. Valid state picture ID is required to acquire your firearm.
