1876-CC $20 AU58 PCGS. While the 1876-CC has the highest mintage of any Carson City double eagle, it is not the most common in higher grades. This bright yellow-gold representative have flashy surfaces and potent cartwheel luster, and while the cheek has a single abrasion and light marks pepper the fields, this coin's visual appeal remains strong. A small copper spot is noted in the rays above the eagle. Solidly struck with just a touch of friction at the cheekbone and the hair that frames Liberty's face.

Coin Engraver: James B.
