<B>1876/5<$1> Indian Octagonal 1 Dollar, BG-1129, R.4 MS63 NGC.</B></I> Struck from the same dies as BG-1127 and BG-1128, but modified by the maker. The obverse denticles are longer and the reverse wreath is heavier than on the aforementioned varieties. The 6 in the date is crudely recut over a 5, as made. Honey-gold patina graces this prooflike and crisply struck Select specimen. The obverse fields are especially well-preserved.
