<B>1876 20C PR65 PCGS.</B></I> 1876 saw the final year of circulation issue twenty cent pieces, although proofs would continue until 1878. Because it is not under additional demand from date collectors, the 1876 proof can be acquired in most grades for somewhat less than its later date counterparts. This is a colorful coin, toned in gold-mauve on the obverse, and in swaths of gold, burgundy, and blue emanating out from the reverse center.
