<B>1874-S T$1 Chop Mark MS64 PCGS.</B></I> By definition, one would think that a chop marked dollar would have been handled and thus show signs of circulation, and this is usually the case. But apparently this coin was set aside shortly after the two chops were placed on the obverse. One chop is easily seen in the left obverse field, but the other blends into the folds of the gown around Liberty's knees. Highly lustrous, the surfaces are gray-brilliant and evenly matched over each side.
