<B>1874 Indenture for Trinity Church, New York City.</B></I> Two pages, 11” x 17”, printed legal document, February 27, 1874, to William Lee. On offer is an 1874 dated lease for New York's historic Trinity Church. The term of the lease was for two years with a monthly rent of $550.00. Trinity Church was consecrated on May 1, 1846 and its Neo-Gothic spire once dominated the lower Manhattan skyline.
