<B>1874 25C Arrows PR64 PCGS.</B></I> The chestnut-gold toning is slightly deeper on the obverse, although the reflectivity of both fields is immediately evident. A boldly impressed near-Gem with a well-preserved reverse and only a few nearly imperceptible obverse hairlines. Only 700 proofs were coined for this desirable issue, one of just two issues that combine an Arrows obverse with a Motto reverse.
