<B>1874 25C Arrows PR64 NGC.</B></I> The 1874 quarter had a reported mintage of 700 proofs. Warm cobalt-blue, golden-brown, and lavender patina hugs the obverse rim, but expands somewhat on the reverse. The design elements are sharply struck, and exhibit pronounced contrast with the deeply mirrored fields. Both sides have been well cared for.
