<B>1874 20C Twenty Cents, Judd-1355, Pollock-1499, Low R.6, PR66 </B></I><img src="/images/star.gif" width="10" height="10" alt="" border="0"><B> Brown NGC.</B></I> The Bailly obverse design shows Liberty seated, surrounded by agricultural produce, her left hand resting on a globe and right hand clutching a Liberty pole with Phrygian cap on top. The reverse is close in design to the regular dies issue. Struck in copper with a plain edge. About a dozen copper examples are known of this popular pattern. Silver, aluminum, and even a single piece in nickel are also known of this design. This is a splendid, deeply mirrored example.
