<B>1874 $2 1/2 MS64 PCGS.</B></I> The 1874, with a mintage of 3,920 business strikes, is scarce in all grades. Better grades of Mint State coins are especially tough. A penetrating strike emboldens the design features on this near-Gem, and glowing luster radiates from peach-gold and mint-green surfaces. A few minute handling marks limit the grade.
